So this is probably cheating.
It's been a while since I've made something. Far too long, in fact. So I had to find something quick, something easy, just to get my fix.
All I needed to make this adorable cafe curtain for my kitchen was a pair of scissors, a pressure rod and a yard and a half of Kokka's ready-made cafe curtain fabric I bought at The Urban Craft Center. This Japanese fabric comes with pre-punched holes for the rod and screen printed scalloped edges. A quick trim along the scallops and the curtain is ready to hang [the screen printing keeps the fabric from fraying]. I didn't even hem the sides of this before I hung it up, I was that excited, but I will as soon as I get my [new!!] sewing machine set up.
Can't beat the cute little forest scene either...

Cutest Cafe Curtain I have ever seen! The fabric print and scallop edge is darling!! It really adds a lot of fun and coziness to the area over your sink. ;)
