Fact: new fabric makes me giddy.
So then you can imagine my level of giddy when I was offered the chance to participate in a blog tour for April Rhodes' new fabric line Arizona with Art Gallery Fabrics.
Um, YES??
Giddy to the max.
[I realize I maybe don't look giddy to the max in these pictures. But I promise you, much giddiness occurred.]
The hardest part of the whole thing was picking out a fabric. I went with one called Clay Sundot. But I mean, look at all of them!
AND in addition to all available as quilt weight cottons, there are two knits [lower row, left-most and right-most] and a voile [mint triangles]!
For the project I went with a new sundress pattern I'm working on.. The front has a faux placket that's heavy on cuteness and light on effort because, you know, it's faux.
In this case I think the geometric print makes it look extra rad.
So are you pining after some Arizona fabric yet? Hmmm?
Well then I have some good news for you. One lucky winner is going to get a fat quarter quilt weight bundle of the entire Arizona line!!
<< THIS GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED. >>

The front is cute, but call me crazy, I really like the back of this dress. So here's another gratuitous picture of it.
And did you think I forgot about Hootie? Of course not. He got a brand new Arizona kitkerchief.
It's perfect to wear while peering out windows.
