Heart String Quilt Top

Whew! It's been over a week since I posted. I've been busy!

I spent last weekend in Ventura for Craftcation. Craftcation was a first-time DIY/crafty business conference where I learned [what felt like] everything there is to know about running your own crafty business. It was seriously awesome. If you didn't hear about it or thought about going and didn't, GO NEXT YEAR. I never imagined I'd learn as much useful information. My head exploded like eight times while I was there.

I've also been diligently working on this heart string quilt top. And I'm not trying to be punny here...it's a string quilt where the blocks form heart shapes [do you see them??], not a quilt that tugs at your heartstrings. Though maybe this one does. I don't know.

Now on to piece the back and get to quilting!
